🔸️CONTENIDO

Puedo dibujar cualquier tipo de animal. Sólo hago retratos humanos de manera ocasional y por propia elección, por favor, no me preguntes por ello.

Me reservo el derecho a denegar un encargo si no me siento a gusto con él. 

Me reservo el derecho a cancelar un encargo si existe algún problema con él.

🔸️¿QUÉ NECESITO?

Dime el nombre de tu pelud@.
Necesitaré 3 ó 4 fotografías de BUENA CALIDAD para usarlas de referencia. No olvides incluir una fotografía de la cabeza/rostro en la que los ojos estén bien enfocados. Todas ellas sin filtros y con buena iluminación, por favor.

🔸️TIEMPO, REVISIONES Y DEVOLUCIONES

El tiempo dependerá de la dificultad del encargo y de lo ocupada que esté en ese momento. Pero normalmente, intento mantener el límite de 1 mes como máximo.

Antes de comenzar a trabajar, te enviaré un boceto del dibujo. En éste punto, todavía podrás cancelar el encargo y recibir tu dinero. Después de haber aceptado el boceto, no habrá devoluciones. 

🔸️¿QUÉ RECIBIRÁS?

NO te enviaré una impresión en papel del dibujo.
ENVIARÉ el archivo digital original a tu correo ( tu eliges el tamaño y el formato). Una vez que lo recibas, podrás hacer todas las copias que quieras pero SÓLO PARA USO PERSONAL.

🔸️TÉRMINOS DE USO

Una vez terminado, YO seguiré manteniendo todos los derechos sobre mi arte. Podré subirlo a mis RRSS y WEB, modificarlo o vender copias de él.

TU podrás hacer todas las copias que desees siempre que sean para uso personal exclusivamente. Podrás subirlo a tus RRSS siempre que me acredites correctamente.

NO TIENES PERMISO PARA PROCLAMARTE SU CREADOR, NI PARA ALTERARLO NI BORRAR MI FIRMA. TAMPOCO PUEDES VENDERLO NI EN FORMATO DIGITAL NI IMPRESO.

🔸️PAGOS

El pago se realizará a través de PayPal (sólo en €). Te enviaré mi cuenta de PayPal por correo.

LOS PRECIOS NO SON NEGOCIABLES.

NO COMENZARÉ A TRABAJAR EN UN ENCARGO HASTA QUE EL PAGO NO SE HAYA REALIZADO.

I can paint any kind of animals. 
Please DON’T ASK ME ABOUT HUMAN PORTRAITS. I only do this occasionally and by my own choice.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I’m not comfortable with.

I have the right to cancel a commission if there’s any problem with. 

🔸️WHAT'S NEEDED?

Tell me the name of your pet.
I will need 3 -4 of your high-resolution favourite photos of your pet for reference. Don’t forget to include a headshot with well-focused eyes, please. 
Send me pictures with a good lighting and no filters.

🔸️TIME, REVISIONS AND REFUNDS 

Time depends on order and how busy I am. But I try to keep the maximum time up 1 month.  

I’ll send you a sketch before I start working. At this point you can still cancel the commission and receive the refunds. No refunds later. 

🔸️WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

I will NOT send you a printed copy of a portrait.

I will email you the original digital file (you choose size and format). Once you have it you are allowed to make unlimited copies and prints FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. 

🔸️TERMS OF USE

I retain full right of my artwork. I retain the right to re-post, alter or sell prints of the commissioned work. 

You are allowed to make unlimited copies and prints for personal use only. You can re-post the artwork as long as you give me the proper credit. 

You are not allowed to claim my work as as yours, alter it or remove my signature. Nor resell it in the digital or print form. 

🔸️PAYMENT

Payments are made throught PayPal (€ only). I’ll send you my PayPal email. 

Prices are not negotiable. 

I’ll not begin a commission until payment has been made.
